Privacy Policy

Effective 5 October 2026

Effective date: 5 October 2026

This policy describes how Neha Gaur, operating NVDA eBooks at ebooks.nvda.in, handles personal information in connection with this website and its digital products.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the website, we collect:

  • Information you provide for an order or support enquiry, such as your name, email address, order reference and message.
  • Billing details collected by Razorpay's checkout (name, email, phone number and your chosen payment method). We do not see or store your full card, UPI or bank account details — these go directly to Razorpay.
  • Order details: product purchased, payment status and transaction reference.
  • Standard technical information that our hosting provider and WordPress may automatically log, such as IP address, browser type and access times, used for security and running the site.
  • We do not currently offer customer accounts; each purchase is handled individually by email.
Do not send payment passwords, PINs or OTPs through our contact channels.

Why we use information

We use relevant information to process orders, deliver purchased products, provide customer support, handle complaints and refunds, maintain transaction records and protect the website against misuse.

Payments

We use Razorpay to process payments. Razorpay handles your payment information under its own terms and privacy notice. We receive confirmation of your payment status and a transaction reference, but we do not store your full card or bank account details.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We may use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and understand how visitors interact with this site. This can involve cookies and similar technologies. You can manage ad personalisation through your Facebook/Instagram ad preferences, and most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings.

Service providers and disclosure

We share the minimum information necessary with our hosting provider, Razorpay (for payments) and Meta (for advertising measurement, where used) to operate this website and fulfil your order.

We may also disclose information where necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, or address fraud and security incidents.

Retention

We keep order and payment records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and dispute-resolution purposes, and support emails for as long as reasonably needed to resolve your query, after which we delete or anonymise them where we no longer need them.

Your requests and choices

Contact info@ebooks.nvda.in to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or to raise a privacy concern. Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable law. We may need to verify your identity without collecting unnecessary information.

Children

Our products are intended for adult competitive-exam aspirants and the general public, and are not specifically marketed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact info@ebooks.nvda.in and we will take appropriate action.

Security and changes

We use appropriate safeguards for the systems we operate, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure. We will update this policy when our practices change and display the revised effective date.
