These terms govern purchases and use of digital products offered by Neha Gaur, trading as NVDA eBooks at ebooks.nvda.in.

Product descriptions

Read the product's contents, language, format, edition, price, access arrangements and delivery terms before buying. Current products are digital files unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Our HP history and GK ebook is a revision supplement. It is not a complete recruitment course and does not guarantee selection or examination results. Original practice questions are not previous-year questions unless explicitly identified and supported as such.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact information so we can fulfil and support your order. The total payable amount, including any applicable taxes and charges, is shown before you confirm payment. Payment is accepted via UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or wallet, processed securely by Razorpay at checkout.

An order is confirmed once Razorpay confirms successful payment and you reach the download page. An unsuccessful or pending payment does not by itself confirm an order. If you were charged but did not reach the download page or receive confirmation, contact support before making another payment.

Delivery and access

Delivery is instant: once payment is confirmed you are redirected to a page containing your download link. See our Delivery Policy for full details, including link validity and what to do if a download fails.

Individual-use licence

After a completed purchase, you may download and use the ebook for your own study, including a personal printed copy. Ownership of the copyright is not transferred.

You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, share paid download links or reproduce the ebook for distribution without permission, except where applicable law permits. Contact us for group or institutional use.

Intellectual property

Rights in the publication's original writing, arrangement and branding belong to the relevant rights holders. Third-party material and source data remain subject to their respective ownership and licences. These terms do not claim exclusive ownership of historical facts or public-domain material.

Corrections and updates

We review reported errors and may issue corrections. Your purchase includes the edition described at checkout; future editions are included only if expressly promised.

Refunds and complaints

Our Refund Policy describes the handling of duplicate payments, non-delivery, defective files and material description mismatches. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Website use

Do not misuse payment systems, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious content or interfere with another person's use of the website.

Third-party services

Payment, email and other external services may have their own terms and privacy notices. We remain responsible for our own obligations concerning the product sold to you.

Liability

Study outcomes depend on many factors. We do not promise a particular result. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not remove mandatory consumer protections.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are subject to applicable Indian law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve an issue. This does not restrict your right to approach an appropriate consumer forum, authority or court.
