This policy applies to digital products sold by Neha Gaur through ebooks.nvda.in.

Digital products

Our ebooks are digital files. Please inspect the product description, language, sample pages and compatibility information before buying.

Problems with an order

Contact info@ebooks.nvda.in if:

• You were charged more than once for the same intended purchase.
• A paid order was not delivered within the promised delivery period.
• The supplied file is corrupt, inaccessible or unusable.
• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product materially differs from its published description.

We will investigate and provide the appropriate remedy, which may include restoring access, supplying a correct usable file, or issuing a refund. Any applicable consumer right to a refund is not overridden by this process.

Cancellation and change of mind

Because this is an instantly delivered digital file, we do not offer refunds simply for a change of mind once the PDF has been downloaded. Please review the product description and sample pages carefully before purchasing.

If you have not yet downloaded the file and contact us very soon after payment, email us and we will try to help — but this cannot be guaranteed once a download link has been issued to you.

How to request help or a refund

Email info@ebooks.nvda.in with your order reference, purchase email address, product name and a description of the issue. Include a screenshot if relevant, hiding sensitive information.

Please contact us as soon as possible, and ideally within 7 days of your purchase, so we can investigate while your payment and order details are easy to trace. This does not limit any refund right you have under applicable law.

Review and payment

We aim to review refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible, and are typically initiated within 5–7 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. We will provide available refund reference information so you can track it.

After a refund

If your purchase is fully refunded, your licence to use that purchased copy ends. Please delete retained copies and stop using the paid material, subject to applicable law.

If the issue remains unresolved, contact Neha Gaur at info@ebooks.nvda.in. Nothing in this policy limits remedies available under applicable consumer law.
